The hotel has marvellous and stunning location very close to the lovely beach & promenade as well as the famous promenade. Also, Lido di Camaiore was 4 km away. My exclusive queen room was new-fashioned with good air conditioning.

Very good breakfast to start the day with cheese and good coffee and delicious fresh squeezed juice. Great and brilliant location to the main promenade, easy to get anywhere. Adjacent to the railway station as well as beach and sunny weather.

The building is high quality, the room is compact and new-fashioned. The location is fantastic and amazing, on Thursday the popup market was a lot of fun. Also, it is close enough to all cafes and restaurants.

My 3 nights in Viareggio where real good. The location was excellent, as near to the beach as you can get in the resort, convenient to go everywhere. Further, it was very close to the promenade to all cafes and restaurants, the centre of the main area of shops/bars and restaurants and with convenient access to the bus station. The stuff was very attentive, efficient all the time.

The total stay was very good for the night we stead there. It was the double room with a special bathroom. All the staff was attentive, fixed our issues. The hotel had a central location to the port or the shops at the end of the road. We had a delicious meal at the beach restaurant.
